Weather Work and Natural Phenomena: Understanding Lightning, Rain, Wind, and Sun as Divine Tools is an advanced exploration into the sacred relationship between the conjure practitioner and the elemental forces that govern the living world. This course restores an ancient understanding long held by rootworkers, prophets, and nature mystics that weather is not mere climate but divine language; that wind, rain, thunder, and sunlight are the utterances of God, the ancestors, and the unseen intelligences that animate creation. In traditional Hoodoo and African American folk spirituality, the elements are living entities, each carrying specific currents of power, instruction, and response. This course unveils the spiritual mechanics of weather work, the practice of reading, aligning with, and ethically influencing atmospheric forces through prayer, ritual, and magnetic sympathy. Drawing from biblical texts, African cosmologies, and rootworker oral traditions, students will learn how to interpret weather patterns as spiritual communication, utilize storms for energetic cleansing, and engage with elemental spirits as divine messengers rather than chaotic adversaries. The curriculum combines metaphysical science with folk theology. Students will explore how electricity, magnetism, air pressure, and solar radiation correspond to spiritual vibration, emotional states, and ritual timing.
